Hip-Hop Theory: Theory and Practice

by Yogi B

Last week Thursday, my friend Aaron Paige ,who is working as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Ethnomusicology at the University of Denver’s Lamont School of Music, invited me to join his upper division music major seminar as guest speaker. The course is titled Hip-Hop Theory: Theory and Practice. On that week they were discussing the global flows of Tamil hip-hop. It was a refreshingly galvanising for me to converse with very talented musicians who value and respect my music and ideology. Mikka nandri to my true nanban Aaron for reaching out from 14540.80 kilometres away. ‪#‎Manthrahood
